Popularity scandals remain the Government

Corruption scandals involving officials of this government and the disenchantment of the people with the administration of President Juan Carlos Varela were some of the points that Jose Raul Mulino addressed in his fourteenth letter, which is published every Monday through different media communication since he was the first week of arrest.

Mulino addressed when considering selective justice that President Varela out publicly to defend its officials denounced corruption and the Attorney General's Office does not advance these processes.

"President absolves beforehand and becomes the prosecutor does not see, hear or understand ," wrote the former Minister to cases involving officials of this government.

The Attorney General's Office announced the initiation of investigations in the PAN- Miviot case, but the process has stalled pending a report by the Comptroller .
